Belisle Industrial Services provides large-scale roll grinding, machining, honing, boring, turning, and material handling services for industrial production equipment. Our facility is designed to handle heavy components, large rolls, and precision repair work with fast turnaround times.
Precision Roll Grinding
Belisle Industrial Services specializes in precision roll grinding for caster rolls, backup rolls, intermediate rolls, and work rolls. Our grinding capabilities help restore smooth operation, improve accuracy, and extend the service life of critical roll production equipment.
Our team has the equipment and experience to repair and rebuild roll mill cylinders with the precision required for demanding industrial applications.
Large-Capacity CNC Roll Grinding
Our facility features a 60" x 240" CNC Churchill/Abbott Roll Grinder for precision roll grinding and repair. This machine allows us to service large industrial rolls while maintaining the accuracy and finish required for dependable production performance.
We are continually investing in equipment upgrades to better serve our industrial clients and improve turnaround times.
Herkules WS-450 CNC Roll Grinder
Belisle Industrial Services has added a Herkules WS-450 CNC Roll Grinder, providing high-precision grinding capabilities for rolls up to 48 inches in diameter on a 23-foot bed.
This large-capacity equipment strengthens our ability to serve industrial customers that require accurate, dependable, and efficient roll repair.
High-Precision Honing
Our honing capabilities feature a Sunnen HTH 4000 Honing System with a 48" x 144" capacity.
High-precision honing is essential for achieving exact fits between rolls and sleeves. Our process helps ensure roll mills run smooth and true from edge to edge, improving output quality, reducing stress, and supporting longer production runs.
Large-Capacity Boring and Turning
Our boring and turning capabilities include a Poreba TCG 200 with a 78-inch swing and 240-inch centers, capable of handling workloads up to 80,000 pounds.
This allows Belisle Industrial Services to service large rolls that may otherwise need to be shipped hundreds of miles out of state for repair. Our local Mid-South location helps reduce downtime, shipping delays, and long wait times.
Heavy Material Handling Capacity
Belisle Industrial Services is equipped with a Deshazo 40-ton overhead crane system, allowing us to safely move heavy rolls and sleeves between our honing, grinding, and heat-treating departments.
Our large gantry system runs the full width and length of the main service shop, giving us the capacity to handle demanding industrial components efficiently and safely.
